Spacious Double Room in Tollcross

Hi! I’m moving out of this cosy Tollcross flat and am looking for someone to take my place :) There are currently 4 other flatmates; everyone has different schedules, so it doesn't get crowded at any time of the day.
For the flatmates, everyone here has their own thing, but likes to chat and spend some time together in the kitchen. The vibe here is warm and easygoing, and we’d love to welcome someone who fits right in.
- Bills (gas, electricity, broadband) are not included, it usually is around 40-50 on the month
- Suitable for UoE students as it is only 15 mins walk to the main campus
- Walking distance to Princes St, Lothian St, Fountainbridge area (10-15 mins)
- Plenty of grocery stores around the area, including Sainsbury's, Tesco, Poundland, Amall (only 2 mins walk), Matthew's
- Safe and quiet area
