Spacious Room in Tollcross

This double bed room is available from the mid-late December 2025 or January 2026 (December’s rent has already been paid).

There are currently 4 other flatmates; everyone has different schedules, so it doesn't get crowded at any time of the day.
For the flatmates, everyone here has their own thing, but likes to chat and spend some time together in the kitchen. The vibe here is warm and easygoing, and we'd love to welcome someone who fits right in.

- Has a living room with a TV and one shared bathroom
- Bills (gas, electricity, broadband) are not included, it usually is around £40 on the month

It’s in Tollcross and there are lots central amenities a walking distance away:
- Walking distance to Princes St, Lothian St, Fountainbridge area (10-15 mins)
- Plenty of grocery stores around the area, including Sainsbury's, Tesco, Poundland, Amall (only 2 mins walk), Matthew's
- Safe area
