King size double room with a lot of storage space available in 2 bedroom house. Located in a family area with easy public access to town and Edinburgh universities. Walkable distance to Napier Sighthill Campus and College. Multiple buses into central Edinburgh (15-30 minutes depending on which bus taken).

House has shared kitchen, shared bathroom and additional separate toilet, shared dining/living room, private garden (usually upkept by other tenants) and single drive space (although other free parking also available in development).

Currently one couple living in house. Both professionals. One works in a pharmacy and the other is currently running their own Indian restaurant. Both are very friendly and welcoming. They enjoy going to the cinema, cooking and seeing friends (mostly outside of the house).

Landlords (registered with Edinburgh council) live close by so any issues are usually addressed quickly and without problems.
