Room for rent in Polwarth Gardens

Hello, we are looking for a new flatmate for our 5 bed flat in Polwarth! We are all in second year and we have 3 women and one man. We are super friendly and we keep the flat in great condition! We are quiet and will inform everyone before inviting friends over. The flat is close to the meadows and about 10 mins by bus to George Square, with a bus stop right outside our door! The area is lovely and very walkable! We share one bathroom but we keep it very clean, a spacious living room, kitchen and there is space for bikes on the stairs! We are prefferably looking for women (18-25) but we are open to anyone so please text us if you are interested! Student-only.
