Hi I am looking for someone to take over the shared tenancy of my flatmates room in a two bed flat in Inverleith.
The flat has a shared bathroom, living room and Kitchen. It is a top floor flat in a quiet residential area, that has great quick links into the city and nearby Stockbridge or New Town.
Ideally you would be ready to move in from late November to early December.
It's £600 deposit and £600 monthly rent. Bills usually come in around £130 - £190 a month each, so pretty decent for a centralish flat.
I'll be staying in the flat until Feb so then it will be your own flat!
I'm a pretty easy going flatmate, just as long as you don; t mind bikes in the flat and the early starts (6am) that I occasionally have to do for work. In my spare time I enjoy bikepacking, camping, climbing and will probably be away most weekends.
