Central Flat in Haymarket

Hi everyone,



As my current flatmate gave me short notice, I am looking for a new flatmate to move in from the 1st of December. 



🏠 The flat is in Haymarket, hence very central. You have bus and tram stops just 2 minutes away, and also the train station.

☀️ The flat is very spacious and bright. You will realise it when you see it.

🧍‍♂️ A bit about myself:


🇮🇹 I’m originally from Italy and work in finance. I’m very easygoing and would love to live with someone who is sound and also respects privacy. A professional would be ideal for council tax reasons.

🧽 Due to my recent experience sharing a flat, being clean is a MUST otherwise, isn't gonna work.

⚽️ Also, I’m very passionate about football. Plus, I’m always down for a techno festival.

💵 Bills are usually:

Gas & Electricty: around 70/80ish during summer and 130ish during winter p/m
Broadband: 28 p/m
Council Tax: 204 p/m
