Spacious room with private bathroom in this peaceful 3rd floor traditional Victorian tenement flat in central Edinburgh. Perfect for those seeking a calm oasis from the city centre hustle and bustle whilst still within easy reach of everything.

Close to tram and bus routes and walkable to the city centre, Old and New Towns, Princes Street, The Royal Mile, Calton Hill and Holyrood Park and Arthurs Seat as well as Leith Walk and surrounds.

Our warm and welcoming flat is in the central Edinburgh suburb of Hillside. Very close to Waverley train station and the central bus station and to the airport tram and bus connections.

We have a double upper flat, a traditional Edinburgh tenement. You will have use of all rooms on the ground floor including your spacious bedroom, private bathroom with bath and shower and kitchen. Also the spacious and light filled living room.

We have unlimited, high speed Wi-Fi internet

You will be sharing with myself and my partner and our cute/small well-behaved cat and dog. This is a very quiet flat where we like to share some time and camaraderie with our flat mates but also resepct having time to ourselves.

Creative and curious folks who respect the planet and everything living on it warmly welcomed. Fascists not.

Ideally we are looking for a Monday to Friday lodger or someone who will be staying for a month or two/a few months at most but not long term hence the rent listed.

However we are open to suggestions for longer term arrangements. If you have bothered to read this far let us know, quite a few folks don't seem to get this far!
