Hi there, my name is Isaac! I will be graduating from my master’s program soon and moving back home to the States, leaving my spot in this flat open.

Situated on the quiet end of the Royal Mile, this flat is convenient to just about everything. All of Old Town sits at your doorstep, Princes Street is a 15 min walk, Waverley Station is a 12 min walk, Arthur’s Seat and Holyrood Park are right around the corner, and there are a variety of shops very close by. If you’re looking to live properly in the city without the noisiness, this would be a great flat for you.

The double bedroom on offer is quite spacious and fully furnished, including a comfy double bed, nightstand, dresser, wardrobe, two bookshelves, and a large desk and chair. Since I’ll be moving back across the pond, all of the furniture will remain!

Your flatmates will be Oliver and Simon, two great guys who are both friendly, respectful, and lovely to live with. We share a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom, all well-maintained. We like to keep things tidy and we get along well, so hopefully we could find someone with the same goals.
