I'm looking for a replacement tenant to take over my tenancy at Unite Students – Shrubhill House, located near the city centre. There are multiple bus routes to the University of Edinburgh’s main campus, and the tram station is just a short walk away.

The room is a fully furnished ensuite (standard size) with a ¾ bed. It’s a self-catered residence, and you’ll share a kitchen with four other male students in an all-male flat.

Rent: £1,094/month (all bills included)
