Hi! My current flatmate is relocating, so I’m looking for someone to take over her tenancy in my lovely 2-bedroom flat in Balgreen.

The flat is in a great spot - close to several bus stops and just a 5-minute walk to the tram stop, making it super easy to get around Edinburgh.

I’m looking for a neat, peaceful, and considerate flatmate - someone who enjoys a calm home and who I can get along with (and maybe become friends with too!).

A bit about me: I work from home twice a week, and most evenings you’ll find me at the gym or relaxing at home. I like to keep the flat tidy, relaxed, and comfortable.

Rent: £625 (bills not included)
Council Tax: £120 (so £60 each)
Utilities (energy, broadband, electricity): around £48 each per month — may increase slightly in winter depending on usage.

No pets and no smoking, please.
