Looking for another flatmate to join a spacious double-glazed 2 bed flat on Mayfield Road, near Causewayside/The Grange! Rent is £500/month plus bills (council tax band D), and the move in date would ideally be around mid-April.

The flat consists of two bedrooms, a spare room (the same size as the bedrooms but unfurnished and is currently used for storage), a living room, kitchen and bathroom, and there is also a shared garden for the building. You’d be sharing the flat with Tom (23) and Anna (25), who share the other bedroom.

Students are welcome but must be willing to contribute to council tax.
