Hi There,

I am Britt, a 29 year old professional that would love to share my newly renovated flat with someone. I am looking for a female flatmate that is looking for a short term let, a maximum of 6 months. The rent is £850 including all bills.

The room is a calm decorated double room with a kingsize bed and a build in wardrobe. It has a big window with a lot of natural light. You would also have access to a shared big living kitchen with a dining table and seating area and a bathroom with a bath.

The flat is ideally located in Meadowbank, close to many buses to various places, around the corner is a big Sainsbury's, a Lidl and The gym group. The beautiful Holyrood park is within a 5 min walk. The bus into town takes about 10 minutes or a 25/30 minute walk.
