-Single bed with pull out double
-Chest of Drawers
-Desk with 6 more drawers
-Walk in wardrobe with rack and shelves

The location is also ideal for a student or professional, nearby amenities include:
- < 15 min walk to Princes Street
- Multiple bus stops within 5 min walk
- < 5 min walk to Sainsbury's or Tesco
- 6 min walk to Lidl
- 4 min walk to Meadows
- 8 min walk to Holyrood park
- Loads of great restaurants, cafes and pubs <5 walk, but still v quiet because it’s off the main road.

All the housemates are very friendly, we all love a good quiet night in or a night down the pub.
