I’m currently looking for a new flatmate, with a move-in date from mid-December.
The flat is spacious, light and airy, with a kitchen and living room as shared space. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the flat is furnished (additions to shared spaces welcomed!). Has a tall fridge/freezer, so plenty of space for tasty snacks.
I’m in my mid-twenties and would like to find someone around a similar age. I always enjoy a good chat on the sofa with a coffee or a tv show marathon with a good takeaway. I enjoy my own quiet time too. I’m looking for someone clean and respectful.
The flat has great connections to the city centre, about 15 to 20 minutes by bus.
Council tax is Band A, around £60 per person.
Electricity is roughly £40–50 a month in total (£25 per person), and gas varies depending on the time of year.
