I'm Elyas, originally from Greece, working remotely in marketing. I value a relaxed household that respects quiet when needed but also enjoys conversation, occasional garden gatherings in summer, and generally getting on well. I'm into tango, board games, and travel when I can manage it.

What I'm looking for:
Someone who keeps shared spaces reasonably tidy, communicates directly about any issues, and is looking for a functional household rather than either total isolation or constant socializing. Mid-20s to early 40s preferred simply because that tends to align better with lifestyle rhythms, but not a hard rule.

Available: December 1st 2025, with some flexibility on exact move-in date.
