Rent is £747.5/month plus heat and electricity, wifi included in the rent. The flat is managed privately and the landlord is very responsive and considerate of our needs. The room is fully furnished including patio access to a very large private garden groomed by the landlord on a regular basis. Located just next to the Union Canal and centrally located in Edinburgh, walkable to just about everywhere in the city. You will be living with a postgrad student in her late 20's who is clean, tidy, respectful, and a thoughtful and warm person.
