The room & flat
Large double room with big window on the second floor of a two-floor flat. We've got 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms total - upstairs has 4 bedrooms and one bathroom, downstairs has the kitchen, living room, second bathroom, and a small spare room for when people crash.
15 min walk to George Square, right between Bruntsfield and Tollcross. Good spot for late-night food runs and close to the Meadows for sunset hangs.

Kitchen with new oven and microwave (we actually cook, sometimes at weird hours)
Spacious living room with french windows - great for late-night conversations and music sessions
Washer/dryer in flat
Decent sound system in the living room
Pretty chill neighbors who keep to themselves

We're a creative, laid-back bunch who respect each other's space and lifestyle choices. The flat has a relaxed atmosphere - we hang out in the living room pretty regularly, have people over for dinner/drinks, occasional gatherings that go late. Not a monastery but not absolute chaos either. Looking for someone who gets the vibe and fits naturally with the group dynamic.
Practical stuff
Because Cameron works, council tax applies but we'd get 25% student discount with another student.
Ideally want someone for the full December to September stretch, but flexible for the right person if it's 5+ months.
