Room available in Abbeyhill

Hi! We have a room available in a 4 bedroom flat in Abbeyhill. The room is spacious and comes furnished with a double bed, a desk & chair, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The location is great, right next to Holyrood park and Leith, and about 15 minutes from the city centre.

We are 3 young professionals (Alex, Cici and Leah) and are looking for another flatmate interested in renting long-term (students considered if willing to contribute to council tax). We’re a quiet flat, we hang out from time to time but mostly do our own thing and have different schedules.

Bills usually add up to 100-120 per month depending on the season (council tax, electricity, gas, internet & stair cleaning).
