I have a comfortable double room available in my home for a tidy, reliable lodger. The house is clean, well-kept, and in a quiet area close to a retail park and 24h Asda Chesser. Very close to nature with Saughton Park, Water of Leith and the Union Canal being a very short walk away. Several bus options 15mins into town, buses to West Lothian, 20mins walk to tram stops.
There's on-street free parking.

Fully furnished with a double bed, huge wardrobe and other storage.

Access to shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room with TV, loads of storage space.

Wi-Fi and bills included (gas/electricity and council tax)

About me:
I’m Ania, I just bought my first flat earlier this year! I am a mental health nurse by profession working 9-5 and in my free time enjoy running, gym, singing in a choir and playing with my cat Ollie who's also going to be your flatmate! I enjoy a tidy and clean living space and like to decompress after work with netflix, YouTube, mindfulness meditation and reading.
I love music, gigs, festivals and spending time with friends in nature. I'm trying very hard not to sign up to a marathon next year!!

Non negotiable in a flatmate:
Someone clean, responsible, a cat lover & non-smoker. No couples unfortunately! No WFH but students welcome (ideal for Heriot Watt or Napier students). LGBTQ+ friendly.

Desirable: someone who would like to make this their home as well; some shared interests would be nice!

Rent: £630 per month (includes bills as above)
