With the approval of my landlord, I am subletting my double bedroom in this great fully furnished flat in Stockbridge, with easy access to the city centre. The room is spacious and suitable for any student or professional. The room will be available from 2 December 2025 to 25 January 2026 (8 weeks)

This is my room that I will be returning to and so the prospective tenant should be a neat and tidy person who cleans up after themselves and is happy to help ensure that shared spaces are kept clean. You should be friendly and welcoming of people from different cultures. This is a LGBT-friendly flat.

The rent is £200 per week with all bills included. I will take a £150 deposit which will be refunded in full if you have not caused any damages in the flat or the room at the end of the sublet. The refund will be made within 2 weeks after the end of the sublet.

Please note, this is not a party flat and would be best suited for someone who can respect the space and treat it as a home. You would also be required to treat my personal items within the room and the flat with respect.

Sorry, no pets allowed.

You will be sharing the flat with a young female professional who sometimes works from home.
