Hey, I'll be moving out of this lovely 1st floor 3-bed flat in December to be closer to work. It's next to Harrison Gardens and near the canal too - both perfect for a walk. There's a Margiotta right outside as well, and great bus links to get you to uni / centre / haymarket (see below). Closest supermarkets are Lidl (10 min walk), Big Sainsbury's (15 min walk) and Aldi (opposite the Sainsbury's).

The room is bright and cosy and the window is south facing so it gets lots of sunlight during the day. There's a little nook by the window too - a great reading spot if that's your thing :). The bed, desk, chair, and cupboard all come with the room and it heats well with the central heating radiator that's in there.

The living room also catches lots of sunlight (similar direction to the window in the bedroom) and there's an open plan kitchen attached to it. My flatmates who live there, Ellie and Katy, are both 3rd year Product Design students, they're friendly, keep the flat clean, and decorate it nicely too.

I plan to move out either in a month (mid-December) before I head home for Christmas, or early Jan when I come back. Please message if you're interested and we can arrange a viewing.
