I'm renting out this room for two months from January 2026 to February 2026 while we're doing a loft conversion project in house. The room is a small bedroom on the ground floor in a townhouse with dedicated bathroom next to it, and you will have a small kitchen for yourself only. The room leads to a big garden.

🛋️ Fully furnished. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Private bathroom and kitchenette.

📅 All short-term lets considered: 1nd January – February

📍 Location: Leith. The house is conveniently located with 15 mins walking to all shops, and bus 11, bus 10 take you to city centre.

We're a Vietnamese couple with a small dog (Shiba Inu) named Cookie.

If you're renting as a couple, I also have an additional room on the ground floor. You can rent both rooms with negotiable rent.
