Lovely room and study in Newington

I'm moving out after 3 years of living with a lovely group of gals (all professionals) . Everyone is happy doing their own thing but they also understand the importance of a night on the sofa with Netflix or catching up over a tea in the kitchen.

Having a study is really great if you work from home and both rooms are very cosy as they're on the top floor - not much heating needed!

There is a large shared living room and kitchen, with two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bath).

Bills, council tax and WiFi are split between the four of us and come to about £130 a month.

The area is chill and quiet with lots of shops and cafes nearby, and it's a 10 min walk to the Meadows. Lots of good bus links for getting into town as well.
