- Local supermarket Morrisons on Gilmerton road, but also close to Cameron Toll Shopping Centre and Fort Kinnaird Retail Park.
- For spending time outside, Craigmillar Castle Park, Arthur's seat or Dalkeith Country Park and the Pentlands.

Accommodation:
Property is a three bedroom mid terrace house. The room available is a south facing room over the park and out to the Pentlands.
On street free parking. A second room is currently rented.

Good sized kitchen and living room/ dining area, shared bathroom (no en-suite).

One dog (Labrador) and a cat lives here.
