Third-floor flat 15 minutes walk from Haymarket and Napier Merchiston Campus. The room (bedroom 3 on floor-plan) contains a full-size double bed (with under-bed storage), wardrobe, drawers, desk and built in shelves. It looks out on to the garden and is very quiet. Shared bathroom, kitchen and spacious living room. On street parking available with a permit.
The rent is £630 plus bills and WiFi, roughly £675 in total. The flat is Council Tax Band C but we're all students so will be exempt. The move in process will be done through Umega so your name will be added to the contract, you may require a guarantor. NOT SUBLETTING.
The earliest move in date is January 20th 2026 but can be as late as April.
You will be sharing with two current tenants - both female, 21 year old university students. We are not massively into parties but occasionally like to host and meet new people. Ideally looking for a young female student with a similar lifestyle.
One of us is an event management student who enjoys climbing and art. The other is a design student who enjoys baking and crafts.
