Large double room on Holyrood Park

I just moved into a new place and I’m looking to share with a flatmate!

About the flat:
You’d have a large double bedroom, furnished. There’s a large shared living room with big windows. We have a good bathroom with shower and bath, but do have to share it. There’s a kitchen, decently sized but not big, and I’ve fully equipped it with fridge freezer, washer dryer, kettle, toaster and microwave. We have private parking. The apartment is ground floor with a shared garden, and there’s one step up to the building. I have a video from before I moved in and would welcome viewings, but haven’t posted pics because I’m still in the ten different moving boxes stage!

About you:
I don’t mind how old you are so long as we get on well. You should probably have leftist values of some kind for us to be similar people! I’d like to hang out comfortably, eat together or run errands n that kind of thing, but also do our own thing. I don’t mind if you’re a student, but you should be happy to pay council tax (I have a reduction and we’d split the remainder 50/50). You shouldn’t have pets because I already have cats, so you should be okay with that!

About me:
I’m 27, doing a part time masters in Historical Linguistics. I like reading, history, and cooking, curling up with my cats and a coffee, but I’m also happiest going on adventures and road trips, and exploring new places. I really value a clean environment, and I like to be tidy, but within the bounds of just keeping a normal environment. Im chatty and outgoing, but I’m also neurodivergent and value my peace n quiet. I like hosting and I’m happy with my and your guests around. I use they them pronouns and you don’t need to know about the LGBTQIA community but it’s important you’re happy to learn/try/respect that.
