Friendly flat looking for a new housemate :)

We are a flat of friendly professional 25/26 year olds (2 females, 1 male) looking for a new housemate as one of the current ones is off to London.

We are all working full time (nursing, charity and tech), but enjoy spending time together and we all stay active. We often go to the pub and our hobbies include running, cooking, tag rugby, pottery, hiking, reading and going to the gym.

Ideally, we would like someone who is clean and considerate, but who is equally up for a chat and laugh.

We are hoping for someone between the ages of 22 and 30 years old. We’re looking for other professionals due to council tax reasons. However, we would be happy with a Master’s/PhD student, providing you’d be happy to split the council tax equally.

The room available is a sunny, fully furnished double bedroom in a top-floor, four bedroom flatshare in Polwarth. There is one shared bathroom, as well as a shared living/kitchen space. The move in date would be mid December. There will be a parking permit available too.

Rent is currently £625/month excluding bills and council tax (bills come to roughly £100 a month).
