Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my contract of School accommodation letting.
The contract is until the end of August 2026.
The rent till end of 2025 has been paid, therefore, I just split the remaining into 8 (Jan to Aug 2026) with some discount.
The whole accommodation has been refurbished 2years ago and located in a quiet residence area.
There are common room, theatre room, laundry room, and smoking area for communal use.
Please note that you have to be a female postgrad student of the University of Edinburgh.
Tesco, coop, Sunbury, Asian grocery shop are all 5mins walk distance.
