I’m moving into a brand-new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment just off Leith Walk (very close to Princes Street) at the end of November, and I’m looking for a flatmate to take the fully furnished south-facing en-suite master bedroom from 30 November. -5 mins walk to McDonald Road bus and tram station

I’m a full-time university staff member (9–5, mostly on campus, WFH once a week). I keep the flat clean, tidy, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. HASSLE-FREE!
I am looking for a responsible flatmate with similar living habits. You can be sociable or quiet — both are welcome — as long as we respect each other’s space and privacy.
*In-person viewing is possible from 28th Nov, my moving day, which also means you will be moving into a totally new apartment.
