The flat has a underground parking spot, your own bathroom (I have my own ensuite), shared kitchen/living room.
Prefer to meet up for a pint and see if we get on well than via Spareroom messages, but I'm 27, work outside Edinburgh, try to keep myself busy but I'll be in the flat every weekend etc just for expectations.
Bills wise - Council Tax/Gas+Electric/Internet is normally all together £200 each
