Looking for female flatmate

Hi, I'm looking for a female flatmate to rent the second bedroom in my flat. It's close to the amenities in the Newington area, walking distance to supermarkets, parks, Arthur seat, university campus and commonwealth swimming pool. The bedroom shown in the photo is the room for rent and it is the second bedroom (similar size to the main one).

I'm looking for a clean and tidy individual who has similar interests and appreciates a quiet and peaceful space. Small dinner gatherings and boardgame nights are welcomed, but this flat is strictly no drinking parties.
