Big Room Near City Centre / Short-Term / Dec–Jan10

Hello, I’m a female postgraduate student, and I’ll be away from early December until January 10th. I’m looking for someone to stay in my room during that period.

I currently share the flat with just one flatmate, and this place is honestly one of the biggest and nicest flats I’ve seen in Edinburgh. My room is so spacious that friends often mistake it for a living room when they first visit. The flat is located very close to the city centre, so it's extremely convenient for daily life. It’s genuinely hard to find a flat of this size and quality at this price in this area.

You will be sharing the flat with only one person—my flatmate, who is a female Indian PhD student. She’s kind and very considerate. I prefer someone with a similar clean and practical lifestyle. Female tenant preferred.

The room is extremely spacious, easily big enough for 2–3 people. But I will only accept one person.

- Sofa (Can be converted to double bed)
- Plenty of storage (wardrobe, 2 large shelves, 3 drawers)
- 2 desks + chair
- Hair dryer / PC monitor etc

£160 per week
- No references required
- £100 deposit (fully returned on January 10th after checking room condition)
