Big Flat in City Centre / All to Yourself / Short

Hello, I’m a female postgraduate student, and I’ll be away from early December until January 10th. I’m looking for someone to stay in my room during that period.

I currently share the flat with just one flatmate, and this place is honestly one of the biggest and nicest flats I’ve seen in Edinburgh. My room is so spacious that friends often mistake it for a living room when they first visit. The flat is located very close to the city centre, so it's extremely convenient for daily life. It’s genuinely hard to find a flat of this size and quality at this price in this area.

This is technically a two-person house, but from 11 December another tenants will be away, so you’ll effectively have the place to yourself.

The room is extremely spacious, easily big enough for 2–3 people.
- Queen-size bed (with sheets & duvet)

- Hair dryer / PC monitor etc

£550 per month (4 weeks)
- No references needed
- £300 deposit for electricity and gas
I take a £300 deposit for the bills and return it by 12 November, minus the electricity and gas you used. You will live here alone, but if my flatmate comes back early, the bills for those days will be split 50/50.
