Three room flat on the second floor, it has a spacious kitchen and the washroom has a bathtub/shower. One room has a small walk in closet. All rooms come with natural light, wardrobe, bed, desk and some little things that may have been left by previous tenants. The kitchen stove is gas as well as the oven. The flat came with pots/pans/plates and silverware. We have shared cabinet space and refrigerator space but there is a lot of kitchen storage as well as a hall closet.
Looking for people asap to fill two rooms the current tenant is a 22 year old female who works full time, mostly at night.
Bills usually come to £90 a month which we split three ways as well as council tax being around the same amount. Wifi is covered by the current tenant.
