A double bedroom with own bathroom (Broughton)

I am looking for a female flat mate to share a two bed flat in Broughton/Leith area. The flat is located on a quiet street, just a 5 minute walk from Elm Row/ Leith Walk and a 15 minute walk from St James Centre/Bus Station. Close to all amenities such as shops, pharmacy & travel links.

The flat is on the upper ground/first floor and in a building with a lift. The flat is fully accessible.

Your room has a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a book shelf. There is also a space for a desk which can be provided.
You will have access to your own bathroom, with a bath & shower. It isn’t en-suite but it will be for your own use.

The flat has a large & bright shared living room, with a small balcony. There’s also a
large kitchen with all the appliances (induction hob, electric oven, cutlery, saucers and pans, kitchen ware, blender, kettle).

You would be sharing the flat with me; I work in the arts and care sectors, and I work a couple of days per week from home.
In my free time I like to go to dance/fitness classes and enjoy social salsa dancing, read, watch films, cook, and I love spending time outdoors. I very occasionally invite friends for dinner or film nights.
I co-own a 15 year old medium-sized dog, Meg, and have her for a week every month. She is very friendly and quiet, and is used to spending time with different people.
