Hello! I am renting out my bedroom for 2 months (8 weeks), from 8th February to 5th April. The room is spacious, with a desk, shelving, and a large wardrobe.

The flat is located in a very pretty area in the heart of New Town, just a 5-minute walk from Stockbridge, and equally close to a large Tesco and Lidl. It is also very well-connected by bus.

The flat itself has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom.

You would be sharing the flat with one other female flatmate, a friendly and fun young working professional. It’s a relaxed home, but no parties please!

The rent is £640 per month, all bills included.
