Double room in Bruntsfield available

Hey there,
I'll be moving out at the end of the year and am looking for someone to take over my double room.
The flat is spacious with a large living room and kitchen with high ceilings, extra storage space and two bathrooms across two floors. There's a washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher and we've even got a little guest room. It's also in a great location with a bus stop right on the doorstep, a load of pubs just up the street and a nice walk through the meadows to reach the uni.
My room has a beautiful view onto the back gardens.
Also, the letting agents are great and have been super helpful with anything we have asked!
