Double bedroom, very close to tram stop

Double bedroom available in two bed flat in Corstorphine area. Room has a large walk in cupboard for storage, space for a desk, high ceilings and a large window. My flatmate has some furniture that she is happy to sell :)

Shared bathroom, kitchen and large lounge. There is also a garden and a shed for bike storage. Parking is free outside and there is always plenty available or there is also a driveway. There's a tram stop just down the road, from which it takes 15 minutes to get to Haymarket, and 20 to Princes Street. There is also a park at the end of our street.

Bills are approx £120 a month each which includes council tax (band C), WiFi and energy.

My housemate is moving out at the end of December so I am looking for someone to move in at the start of January 2026.

A bit about me: I am a manufacturing chemist and work full time in the lab. I'm clean and quiet, generally out several evenings a week playing sports or seeing friends. I enjoy cooking, going to the cinema and the gym.
