Looking for a roommate for a room in an Edinburgh

The apartment is located in EH5 1GH, available from December. The current contract runs until the end of February, renewable thereafter. The price is £750/month, payable every three months (3 months' rent). There's a £50/month management fee per person, and electricity + internet costs approximately £60-80/month, higher in winter and lower in summer.

The apartment is well-equipped with an elevator and underfloor heating. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views and a balcony with a beautiful balcony. You can see seals, oystercatchers, cormorants, and other animals downstairs, and on clear days, you can see the starry sky and the aurora borealis.

The surrounding area has comprehensive amenities. There's a large German supermarket downstairs, and Lidl is a 10-minute walk away. Transport is convenient; the 22 bus stop is downstairs, and buses 16, 19, and 9 are a 3-minute walk away, all providing direct access to the city center. Bus 9 goes directly to Edinburgh's NC, GS, and KB campuses.
