Warm, cosy Meadows room

One fully furnished bedroom will be available in this amazing flat! The current flatmates are Lauren (Canadian), Owen (American), Jack (British) and Harry (Welsh) are relaxed, outgoing people, who like to have some drinks or dinner as a flat together every once in a while. They are lovely people and work in a variety of industries, so respectful people working evenings/shifts/etc. are welcome. We’re looking for people who are respectful and considerate of their flatmates and who will do their part to keep the flat clean.

The bedroom costs £550 per month. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, cupboard, drawers, and shelves. I would be happy to arrange with the incoming flatmate to leave behind my desk lamp and shelves/shoe rack from inside the wardrobe to help with storage. The room is small, so not suitable for a couple, but this makes it very warm in winter with a beautiful view of the meadows! There is also a large cupboard in the hall which is mainly kept empty for the use of this bedroom if extra space is necessary.

The flat is a third-floor 5-bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and plenty of storage, and has been renovated in September 2018. The flat has a great view of the meadows and gets a lot of sun. It's just a five-minute walk away from George Square and a 20-25 minute walk into Haymarket. Utility contracts are already set up, so you won’t need to worry about setting anything up. Bills + council tax are approximately 120 per month (Student welcome but must be willing to pay council tax).

We are looking for someone to move in from 1 January at the latest, however I am quite flexible about this and would be happy to arrange an earlier date.
