Large Brae House single occupancy with en-suite

This is a great room on the second floor facing Abbey Hill. The location is really good with the no.35 bus stop right outside, so handy for the royal mile, town and for uni (e. g. 15 minutes by bus to George Square, 25 minutes walk; also 35 minutes by bus to Kings).

It has a big shared kitchen with 5 others. All of whom are friendly, super tidy and respectful.

The room is at the far end of the flat’s corridor so is nice and quiet, no one walks past it on the way to their room.

The room itself is big, with a double bed, desk, excellent storage including a wardrobe and under bed drawers, plus storage and display room around the desk. They are two pinboards so you can personalise the space.

I enjoy living here a lot, but a change of circumstances means I unfortunately have to move out.
