Double Room Sublet

Hey!

I am a student going on exchange for a few months and am looking for someone to sublet my double room in a flat in the Restalrig area! :)

The Flat consists of two rooms, you would be living with my flatmate, a 31-year-old Male.

The living room, bathroom and kitchen would be shared (my flatmate is social but also keeps quite to himself) :)

The flat is located 5-10 minutes’ walk from Leith Links Park, and a 20-minute walk from Leith Shore. There are plenty of good bus connections, and it only takes 15-20 minutes to reach the city centre. :)

There is a 24 hour gas station next to the building, a Co-op close by and amenities shops also nearby. Parking spaces are available. There is a lift in the building.

I would be looking for a stay of 3 months and preferably a student, but terms are negotiable :)

Bills would be mostly covered (WIFI and council tax). You would need to pay the monthly electric bill, which is split 50/50.

Disclaimer: The area is currently under renovation (roads and exterior houses are being painted) and should be finished soon. It is not noisy.
