There are excellent bus links nearby, making travel around the city super easy.

Move-in date: 1 January 2026 (or earlier if referencing is completed)
Location: Marchmont 
Rent: £2,850 total per month (split between 4 tenants). £712 including utilities 
Deposit: £812.50 (this is the outgoing tenant’s share of the existing £3,250 deposit)
Tenancy type: Joint tenancy with Cullen Property

📄 Important Details (please read)
This is a Change of Tenancy meaning:
* You will take over my place on the joint tenancy agreement
* You will need to pass agency referencing
* You will pay £812.50 deposit directly to me (my share of the existing total deposit)
* A new tenancy agreement will be issued once checks are complete
The planned start date is 1 January 2026, but referencing takes around 10 working days, so please get in touch soon.
