Open-minded animal-lover wanted

Ground floor flat on Montgomery St, £670/month (inc CT+bills) Sharing with me, one other easy-going flatmate and my sweet but noisy dog Biscuit Moon (they don't bark all the time mostly just when new people come to the door and quiets right down after!)

Queer/poly friendly. We're really looking for somebody who fits the vibe of the flat so if you're not down with alternative lifestyles, please do not apply! We're not a party flat (anymore haha) but we still have fun and there's scope for having friends over now and then just preferably not all the time. Any age/gender/sexuality considered as long as you have lived with other people before and know basic flatshare etiquette (we're not clean freaks but the kitchen is quite small so it's important to keep it tidy!)

After months of waiting my flatmate (who is moving out) told me their new room is ready at the end of this month -so ideally looking for someone who is ready to move in by mid December -tho we can wait til any date in December for the right person.
