Double bedroom with brand new private bathroom

My name is Isabel and I am a 28 years old Spanish young professional in the Tourism industry. I am an enthusiastic, extroverted, positive person who likes cooking, watching movies and dancing zumba (at the gym!)

Lovely room in Leith Walk within 10 minutes walking from Saint James Quarter shopping mall and 17min from Princess Street. Location as you can see is incredible!

Let's talk about the room with the renovate private bathroom! Lots of storage, double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.

As you can see from the pictures, it is a very cute house, the best part I would say is the cozy living room that comes with the balcony where sunsets are amazing to see.

Comfortable couch and TV where I usually connect my laptop to watch series. The kitchen is very functional with a new oven!

Some useful information: 

- Date of entry and start of contract with "ZONE LETTING agency":  16th of January
- Bills are not included, approx: 60£ per month per person
- Rent to be paid to the agency: 649,5£ per month
- Council tax: Band E -> 117£ per month per person
- Deposit to the agecy: 700£

I am looking for someone to share a home with. Someone that will be more or less the same age, no smoking, clean and working already (please no students).
