Room Available in Modern 2-Bedroom Flat

I’m looking for a clean and responsible single female occupant (no couples) to take one bedroom in a fully furnished 2-bedroom flat. You’ll have your own private bathroom, and we’ll share a spacious living room, modern kitchen, and dining area.

The flat is comfortable, well-maintained, and ideal for someone who will respect the space and take good care of the property.

No pets allowed, non-smokers only

Rent includes:
- Council tax
- Internet

The electricity and gas bill is not included in the rent. It comes monthly and usually costs about £40–£50 per person, which we pay separately.

I'm looking for someone for a long-term stay. The pictures are not very clear, but here is a YouTube link to a house tour that was filmed when the property was empty.
