Double bedroom available in Orchard Brae. The house is in a gorgeous quiet area within walking distance of Stockbridge, grocery stores, and loads of different buses.
About the room/house:
4 bedroom property split over 2 levels with a huge living room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms (you’ll be sharing with one of the girls), plenty of storage, dishwasher and a dryer. The room is fully furnished and gets some lovely sun.
About the girls:
You’ll be living with 3 great gals: Amy, Elina, and Taylor. Amy and Elina are on the first floor and myself and Taylor on the second floor. The ground floor is a separate tenancy with their own entrance. We have a spare room & spare bed that we use for excess storage and the occasional guest.
It’s a pretty independent house as we all have different schedules, however the girls are all lovely and always down for a chat. We’d be looking for a professional gal in her late 20s to late 30s, and someone whose house party/messy days are behind her.
The nitty gritty:
Rent is £450 p/month. With bills and council tax (E) you’re currently looking at just under £600 p/month. I’ll be moving out around Christmas so would love to lease out my room privately during those weeks, although the lease will officially change on the 20th of Jan.
