Room Available in Orchard Brae House

Hiya!

After a wonderful time in Edinburgh I’m now heading back to Aus and looking for someone to take over my room. The house is in a gorgeous quiet area within walking distance of Stockbridge, grocery stores, and surrounded by any bus you could possibly need.

About the room/house:
4 bedroom property split over 2 levels with a huge living room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms (you’ll be sharing with one of the girls), plenty of storage, dishwasher and a dryer which is a lifesaver. The room is fully furnished and gets some lovely sun

About the girls:
You’ll be living with 3 great gals: Amy, Elina, and Taylor. Amy and Elina are on the second floor and myself and Taylor on the top floor. The first floor is a separate tenancy with their own entrance. We have a spare room & spare bed that we use for excess storage and the occasional guest.

It’s a fairly independent house as we all have different schedules, however the girls are all lovely and always down for a chat. Ideally looking for a professional gal in her late 20s to late 30s, and someone whose house party/messy days are behind her. No couples or students sorry!

The nitty gritty:
Rent is £450 p/month. There’s a chance the owner may up the rent slightly with the lease change, but likely won’t be by much. With bills and council tax (E) you’re currently looking at £600 p/month. I’ll be moving out around Christmas so looking to lease out my room privately at that time until you can officially be placed on the lease (around 20th of Jan)
