Hello!! We are looking for someone to fill a double room in our Marchmont flat as our flatmate is finishing her masters.
The room will be available from the 13th December, but is negotiable.
Rent is £570 pm and there's a deposit of £825.
Bills are currently around £50-70 pm each but will drop in the warmer months.
We are three masters students (23-27) studying at UofE, Napier and QMU. We'd therefore be looking for a student or a young professional willing to cover the council tax (band E)
We are a friendly and sociable flat and would appreciate someone clean and considerate of communal spaces.
