Hello! One of my flatmate is moving out of the flat and I'm looking for a subletter. The flat is available on the 5th of Dec so priority is for someone who can start paying on the 5th of Dec. Both my and my other flatmate are hoping to move soon so as of now it's only a sublet but you are welcome to take up the lease after we move out if you'd like.
I've used an old photo for the room, so the decoration is not the same, but the furnishing is the same.
About the flat 🏡:
-Double room in a 3 bed, 1 bath flat (shower and toilet are seperate)
-Rent is 695, since we’re hoping for someone from the 5th, rent for the rest of Dec is 582, bills and wifi are about £50
-council tax band C (approx £60 per person per month)
-2 mins walk to meadows, 10 mins walk to George Sq
-Super close to shops
About the current flatmates 💃🕺:
You will be living with Nhi and Nameer. Nhi work full time as a Barista and Nameer study Philosophy so we're a mixed flat. We're hoping to move out so it'll be a short let but we haven't put notice in so it's at least a month let, potentially longer. We are friendly and clean and we love cooking.
About you:
We are looking for a relaxed and respectful person. We'd love to include in the flat dynamic but if you just want your own space, we will also respect that.
