3 bed, Grade-1 Listed top floor flat, Annandale St./Leith Walk.
Looking for 1 flatmate from early Jan. Tenancy length flexible and up for discussion as I own the place.
Age 25+
Rent - £760 p/m (bills not inc.)
Big flat right in the middle of town. Leith Walk. 5-10 min walk to Waverley.
Me (M, 32) + American flatmate (F, 28). To be honest we're pretty normal. Laid back. I'm arts, she studies at the uni.
Occasionally messy, mostly tidy, like a laugh, like to cook for people. Decent collection of art prints and good at Mario Kart.
Not fussed about who you are, what you do. Much more interested in the kind of environment you want to live in. In an ideal situation, it would be nice for it to actually feel like a home for us all. The kind of people that understand we all have our own lives, but at the same time if one of us has people round for dinner, invites their flatmates. Someone who likes the idea of flat meals, having a chat, or just hanging out & watch some trash on the telly.
