Preferably looking for someone long-term, but anything more than a month is absolutely fine.

📍 Location: Bank Street, Old Town, Central Edinburgh
💰 Rent: £800/month + bills (approx. £175 month including council tax of £116) - total approx. £975 per month all bills included)

👩‍🎓 Ideal for: Female student preferred, just for flat dynamic reasons, but open to all. Professionals and students welcome, but you will have to pay a share of council tax (even if you are a student)!

🛏️ The Room:

A very large, bright double room with high ceilings and beautiful bay windows. Fully furnished with a sofa, bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, laundry basket, coat rack, large storage shelves, two laundry drying racks and an armchair. The room is massive and gets wonderful natural light and has gorgeous views across the city, you can even see the ocean from two different spots! (photos don’t do the size of it justice so you’re welcome to come and see for yourself)!

🏡 The Flat:

Shared with three friendly and easy-going girls, Zoe (an accountant, 22), Skye (an art student, 19), and Ava (a religious studies and english literature student, 19). They’re relaxed, welcoming, and always up for showing you around the city or hanging out, but will happily give you your own space if you prefer a quieter vibe. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy shared dining area. Overall atmosphere: clean, chill, and warm.

The living room area of the kitchen/living room is pictured. We have one bathroom between 4 of us, but it is clean and tidy and we currently have a rota for cleaning!

We’re respectful of each other’s routines and boundaries, and would love to find someone who fits comfortably into that balance. Just drop me a message about what you’re looking for in a flat and what you’re like as a flatmate!
